Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please have your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@homeidealist.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us and covering the shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including digital products (such as courses, templates, patterns, and downloadable items), are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to initiate a return for the original item. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, with or without a reason. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and refunds do not apply to digital or downloadable items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
