Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Afterpay, Shop Pay (Shopify), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
What is AfterPay and do I start using it?
Afterpay is currently available for all HomeIdealist customers in the USA, Canada, UK (as Clearpay), Australia, and New Zealand. Afterpay offers simple payment plans, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal installments, due every fortnight—interest-free! Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to provide payment details as usual, while returning customers can log in to make their purchases. It’s that easy!
Afterpay allows you to buy now and pay later! Pay when it suits you best over four equal installments that are due every two weeks.
To use Afterpay, just add items to your cart, go to checkout as usual, and then select Afterpay as your payment method. If you have used Shop Pay (Shopify) before, you may be logged in or prompted to log into your Shop Pay account. If you do, you will not see the other payment options. To use Afterpay, either skip logging into your Shop Pay account or scroll down and click on "Checkout as Guest," which will then allow you to select Afterpay. If you already have an Afterpay account, log in and complete checkout in seconds. If you’re new to Afterpay, you can sign up as you check out by following the prompts. You’ll know if you’ve been approved within seconds, and you can proceed to complete your order as you would with any other form of payment.
You’ll pay for your order in four interest-free, equal installments when you pay on time, every two weeks.
I paid for my order but now I cannot download or did not receive the files.
When you place your order, the confirmation page will show you the files so that you can download them to your device. In addition to that, you will receive an order confirmation email that also includes the download links.
In over 95% of cases the issue is that buyers downloaded the files on their phone and cannot find them. Please follow the steps below before reaching out:
- Check your email: Search for the order confirmation email that you received after placing the order. If you can't find it make sure to check on your spam folder. If you still can't find it then you either deleted the email or maybe you used a different email address while placing the order and the email is going there. If this is the case please contact me to verify your order and I will resend your order confirmation email.
- Use a computer: If you found your email please use a computer to download your files so that it's easier to find. When downloading on your phone it's very easy to not know the location of the download folder. This is particularly common with iPhone and iPad users (check this link from Apple explaining where to find your downloads).
- Download time: These are large files. If you purchased a bundle or the course, they contain several large pdf files that are compressed into a zip folder. Depending on your connection you may need to give it sometime to complete the download before opening it. If you open it too soon the download may be incomplete.

I got the wrong templates. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot refund you for downloads but depending on the circumstances we can help you by giving a discount for future purchases.
Is the machine included in the course?
The i-Cord Knitter Machine is not included in the course bundle. No physical products of any kind are included in the course. To see the products that I recommend please check the Tools & Supplies page.
Can I use these templates and then sell the finished product?
Yes, you are free to sell your own creations. You just cannot resell the templates or any other digital file that you purchase in my store. That would be a copyright violation.
What type of wire do you use and where do you buy it?

What type of font are using for the letter templates?
I created my own custom fonts.
I'm having issues with this template. How can I bend the wire so that it's in the right shape?
You can find a lot of of free tips on my social media channels, however if you find it difficult I would recommend that you buy my course for beginners. The course includes step by step instructions, videos and free lifetime updates. You can read what other buyers have to say by going through the course reviews.
Can I buy a single flower or template?
No, I only sell sets and bundles.
Why do I keep seeing different prices?
I'm based in Canada so all prices are originally in Canadian dollars. If you change the currency you will see a conversion that fluctuates according to the daily bank rates. Any change in pricing is most likely the result of that.
Can I enlarge the letters?
Yes. If you have a printer you can adjust the settings accordingly to enlarge the fonts.
How do I get the free updates for the course?
If you purchased the course on my website you will receive an automatic notification every time that I update the files and you will be able to download the latest version. If you purchased the course on my Etsy shop you would need to sign up as instructed in the course notice to provide your consent to receive my emails and I will send you the updated files as they come out.
