I paid for my order but now I cannot download or did not receive the files.

When you place your order, the confirmation page will show you the files so that you can download them to your device. It's rare for the confirmation page to not load. In addition to that, you will receive an order confirmation email that also includes the download links. Most download related issues are the result of buyers using a different email when they place the order, in many cases tied to their payment profiles. The files will be sent to the email address that you used when you placed the order. Make sure to check on your junk or spam folders before reaching out. Lastly, sometimes you may just not know the location where you downloaded the files. This is particularly common for iPhone and iPad users. To avoid this we recommend downloading to a computer.

Read this from Apple's own Community Forums:

"By default, downloaded files on an iPhone are saved in the Downloads folder in the Files app. Here are the steps to view your downloads:

  1. Open the Files app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on the Browse button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap on the Downloads folder.
  4. You should see all your downloaded files in this folder.

If you still can't find your downloaded files, try checking the Downloads folder on your iCloud Drive or other cloud storage services you may be using. You can also try searching for the filename using the Spotlight search feature on your iPhone.

Additionally, your settings may be configured to save files in a different location. To view this setting:

  1. Open Settings Application > Safari > Downloads
  2. You will be able to choose where downloads go when downloading from Safari."

Unfortunately we cannot refund you for downloads but depending on the circumstances we can help you by giving a discount for future purchases.

Is the machine included in the course?

I do not sell knitting machines, tools or supplies or any kind. No physical products are included in the course. To see the products that I recommend please check the Tools & Supplies page.

Can I use these templates and then sell the finished product?

Yes, you are free to sell your own creations. You just cannot resell the templates or any other digital file that you purchase in my store.

What type of wire do you use and where do you buy it?

What type of font are using for the letter templates?

created my own custom fonts.

I'm having issues with this template. How can I bend the wire so that it's in the right shape?

You can find a lot of of free tips on my social media channels, however if you find it difficult I would recommend that you buy my course for beginners. The course includes step by step instructions, videos and free lifetime updates. You can read what other buyers have to see by going through the reviews.

Can I buy a single flower or template?

No, I only sell sets and bundles.

Why do I keep seeing different prices?

I'm based in Canada so all prices are originally in Canadian dollars. If you change the currency you will see a conversion that fluctuates according to the daily bank rates. Any change in pricing is most likely the result of that.

Can I enlarge the letters?

Yes. If you have a printer you can adjust the settings accordingly to enlarge the fonts.

How do I get the free updates for the course?

If you purchased the course on my website you will receive an automatic notification every time that I update the files and you will be able to download the latest version. If you purchased the course on my Etsy shop you would need to sign up to provide your consent to receive my emails and I will send you the updated files as they come out.
